Accurate listings
Keep card title, set, number, condition, price and stock information as accurate as possible. Update or remove listings promptly when they are no longer available.
Seller standards
These are the operating standards expected from every CardLocator retailer. They help collectors make better decisions while keeping each retailer’s shop and customer relationship at the centre.
Keep card title, set, number, condition, price and stock information as accurate as possible. Update or remove listings promptly when they are no longer available.
Every live listing should take a collector directly to the matching item on the retailer’s own website, not a generic shop or search page.
Use clear, honest condition descriptions. If the product page includes extra information or images, make sure they match the listing shown on CardLocator.
Retailers must have the right to sell the items they list and must not use CardLocator for counterfeit, misleading or unlawful products.
The retailer handles payment, dispatch, returns, refunds and customer support for every sale made on its own website.
We may pause, correct or remove listings, or suspend seller access, where information is repeatedly inaccurate or the service is misused.
Seller applications are reviewed. CardLocator may ask for clarification or improvements to an inventory upload before approving public listings. These standards sit alongside the Terms & Conditions.
