1. About CardLocator

CardLocator is a trading card discovery and inventory platform that helps collectors find cards listed by independent retailers. CardLocator does not operate as a marketplace and does not complete purchases between buyers and retailers.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using CardLocator, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

3. Accounts

Some CardLocator features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

4. Retailer responsibilities

Retailers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to CardLocator, including product descriptions, prices, stock levels, condition and availability.

Retailers must ensure that their listings comply with applicable laws and that they have the right to sell the products they list.

5. Listings, prices and availability

CardLocator displays information supplied by retailers and through supported inventory systems. Prices, stock and availability can change without notice.

CardLocator does not guarantee that a listing is available at the price displayed when you visit a retailer's website.

6. Purchases

CardLocator does not process purchases for retailers. When you click through to a retailer, any purchase is made directly with that retailer and is subject to the retailer's own terms, policies and conditions.

7. Collector use

Collectors may use CardLocator to search for trading cards, manage collection information and use other features made available by the platform.

You must not use CardLocator to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the service.

8. Intellectual property

CardLocator and its original software, design, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit CardLocator content without permission.

Product names, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party websites

CardLocator may contain links to retailer and other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or transactions.

10. Availability of the service

We aim to keep CardLocator available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

11. Disclaimer

CardLocator provides search, discovery and inventory information for convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of third-party listings.

You should check the retailer's website and its terms before completing a purchase.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CardLocator is not responsible for losses arising from third-party websites, retailer transactions, inaccurate listings or temporary interruptions of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CardLocator where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, abused the service or created a security or legal risk.
